Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United Kingdom. Please check back for updates as we plan to expand our shipping options in the future.

We accept returns if the product is damaged during delivery. An opening video is required for returns to be accepted. Worn jewellery and items with missing stones or beads are not eligible for returns.

Yes, you can initiate an exchange within 15 days of receiving the item. The items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all materials.
